In this rom-com written by Kim Barker (License To Wed), Sandra Bullock plays Mary Horowitz, a crossword puzzle constructor looking for love. When she is set up on a date with TV news cameraman Steve (Bradley Cooper), she's convinced she's found it. Thus begins her relentless, stalking pursuit of the guy as he and his reporter Hartman (Thomas Haden Church) travel the country to cover the big news stories. Things come to a head when Mary finds herself embroiled in one such story, and a guilt-wracked Steve must help her before things go too far.
