A hitman (Sylvester Stallone) and a cop (Jason Momoa, Conan the Barbarian) become allies after witnessing their respective partners die. Their merciless rampage of revenge will take the unorthodox duo from New Orleans to Washington DC, cancelling all who stand in their way.
