I apologise, we feel bad, but there's no trailer available. ~Ed.
The idea of controlling your life with a remote is interesting, but there's something in this film that just doesn't work. However, there are some very emotional scenes.
mmmm there isnt very much i can say about this movie besides saying it was quite funny .....but to me it didnt realy reach my expectations for being the adverage adam sandler movie....i guess all the seriousness of the movie plot kinda drowned out the comedy......well this is my opinion its a good movie but i could have waited for video.....
Rubbish! The idea is too corny, how did it get passed the idea stage? Adam Sandler's pushed his luck too far.
This movie surprised us. We cried. Yes, we cried. The trailer barely tells you what the movie is about. There were some unfunny dumb things having to do with dogs, etc. (no one in the theater laughed much) and some cheeseball stuff, but the emotional core of the movie delivers a wallop that is unexpected. Along the lines of a sort of combination of "Family Man" and "It's a Wonderful Life" -- more "Family Man" -- this movie didn't just bring tears to eyes, it makes you cry.
Because of that, I liked it and give it a thumbs up. The annoying stuff is a relatively small price to pay for the lessons the core stuff teaches. Lastly, Kate Beckinsdale (the epitome of domestic beauty in this movie) is absolutely a dream and the actress that played her grown daughter had eyes that matched -- well done. Enough said.
The movie is gag-filled, but the filmmakers realize they have hit upon an idea that is both clever and od, so they edge their comedy into some darker areas of human behavior...
Disappointingly predictable comedy from Sandler...
Can no one save the talented Sandler from himself? I hate this movie. Click. I hate this movie. Click. I hate this movie...
Maybe Adam Sandler and his team intended to make a serious movie, and maybe they didn't, but in "Click" they've made one, all right, one of the best American films of the year so far. The filmmakers take what might have been just a gimmicky premise and pursue it meticulously, following wherever it leads. Along the way, they create a shrewd and moving metaphor for the way people live their lives in 21st century America...
While the concept is high on the fun metre, the result is a mediocre Adam Sandler comedy that wavers between slapstick, gross-out, and some unexpectedly dark themes about life and death. It's predictable, often tedious, and sounds funnier than it plays. Just like the movie Multiplicity canvassed the notion of having multiple versions of yourself to cope with daily tasks and expectations, Click es one step further and suggests skipping over life's ...
