Delhi-6

Soul-searching Bollywood tale written and directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra (Rang De Basanti), and apparently based on his own childhood in the Chandni Chowk area of Old Delhi.

Roshan (Abhishek Bachchan) is a US-born Indian who journeys to Delhi for the first time when his sick grandmother declares her desire to be home for her final days. He is confronted with a chaotic, passionate place that forces him to re-assess his own identity and desires. But a group of locals are out to take advantage of his unfamiliarity with their way of life.

Music for the film was provided by A R Rahman – best known for his great work on Slumdog Millionaire.
