From the writer-director of Music and Lyrics comes a new romantic comedy starring rom-com veteran Hugh Grant alongside hip romantic Sarah Jessica Parker.
Mr and Mrs Morgan's relationship is on the rocks. Their busy lives in New York allow little time for romance. But things are about to change. Having witnessed a murder, the two are whisked off (cynicism and all) to rural Wyoming under a witness protection programme. And then, all of a sudden, alone in the middle of nowhere, romance blossoms...

An entertaining m,ovie that has some great well known actors who play strong roles in this film. 4 Stars ****

I won this dvd from the kind people at flicks. All my flatties and I watched it together. We all are Hugh Grant fans and were not that impressed by him in this movie. I think the script was a bit off. I feel asleep the first time I tried to watch this by myself. However I still got some laughs outta this movie in the doctor scenes and I still think it's a good movie for a rainy day to watch with friends (maybe this is because I like Hugh Grant).
I liked this movie it was a typical chick flick and it had a twist.
What possible reason was there for anyone to make Did You Hear About the Morgans? Or should I say "remake," because this movie has been made and over and over again, and oh, so much better.
Neither good nor bad. Scales dizzying new heights of okay. Aims for mediocrity... and nails it.
Not even the estimable comic chops of Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker can lift it above the level of ordinary.
Grant has never been less charming and Parker never less fashionable or more grating than they are as Paul and Meryl Morgan.
There are barely enough titter-worthy one-liners in Marc Lawrence’s good-natured romantic comedy Did You Hear About the Morgans? to prevent it from sinking under the weight of its clichés.
