I apologise, we feel bad, but there's no trailer available. ~Ed.
So suprised to hear myself laughing out loud when dragged along to this movie by a more Desperate -Housewives loving friend than I. fun plot, good gags and was happy to see the cookie cutter ending which seemed to loom so menacingly did not eventuate.
This was a funny chick flick i really injoyed watching it.
It's like Mean Girls, The Perfect Man, 10 Things I hate About You, and probably most other teen movies combined together. If you like those then you'll also like this. I enjoyed it but it isn't anything very memorable, nothing makes it stand out from among all the other teen movies.
The teen movie genre has been slightly lacking in recent times and this lot of perky, pretty people cater for it's pubescent audience with a movie with a plot involving the usual elements of cliques, catfights, revenge and teen romance. Not surprising, it is as predictable as it is chock-full of eye candy.
MIRED IN CLICHÉS AND SENTIMENTALITY...
A load of formulaic nonsense that should still turn a few young heads thanks to its fantasy plot and Jesse Metcalfe's chest...
Its storyline is very predictable and cliché but teen girls will no doubt have a good time with this movie anyway...
The performers are a bright bunch, especially Snow (even if she's no sane person’s idea of a wallflower), Metcalfe, who has the cocksure swagger of a young Travolta, and McCarthy, who infuses her few scenes with a haggard dignity masquerading as optimism...
It's a predictable, cute teen flick without any real attitude or humour, and feels a lot longer than its short 87 minutes...
