Ninja Assassin follows Raizo (Rain), the world's deadliest assassin. Taken from the streets as a child, he was transformed into a trained killer by the secretive Ozunu Clan. Raizo breaks free from them and vanishes after he witnesses the merciless execution of his friend. Now he waits, preparing to exact his revenge.
Meanwhile, in Berlin, Europol agent Mika Coretti (Naomie Harris) has stumbled upon a money trail linking several political murders to an underground network of assassins from the Far East. Her investigation makes her a target, and the Ozunu Clan sends a team of killers, led by the lethal Takeshi (Rick Yune), to silence her forever.
Raizo saves Mika from her attackers. Now, entangled in a deadly game of cat and mouse through the streets of Europe, Raizo and Mika must trust one another if they hope to survive and finally bring down the elusive Ozunu Clan.
Lots of blood and gore. Easy to follow. Awesome martial arts and stunts.
Raizo (RAIN) is the hottest thing since sliced bread, fantastic actor, great stunts and martial arts. A great job throughout. If you are a martial arts person and enjoys action movies this is the one.
awesome as movie
First of all there is no story line to this film at all. Secound of all the parts where they show ninjas flying all over and wispering is WOW so fake and point less. The action was good, bloody as I thought it would be but that was only good at the opening of the movie. Every scene except the first part when the ninja murder the yakuza was dumb. too much of a flash back and the part at the end with the police spraying bullets at all the ninja was a fail in the movie..... HELLO it is a ninja movie what kind of action are you going to get if you have a bunch of cops shooting ak47, m16 and granade launchers. This is a cheap ninja film trying too hard... might of been better if it was all asian and the time was set back to the old days........ White people mix with asian history is a fail only movies with Jackie chan can make it big...... hahahaha.... don't take my words for it... go waste almost 2 hours of your life watching it..... Peace..
Rain is charismatic. Strong screen presence. Dynamic stunts that look genuine. Roller coaster ride. Thin plot, but great martial arts stunt and Rain makes up for it!
