Jason Statham stars in this crime-thriller about a washed-up cage fighter tangled in a lockout between three underworld crime syndicates after saving an orphaned girl.
After screwing up a rigged fight, Luke Wright’s (Statham) entire family is killed by the Russian mafia. When he witnesses those same mobsters harassing a 12-year-old girl, Mei, he impulsively steps in. Unknown to him, Mei holds an invaluable numerical code belonging to the Triads. Targeted by the Russians, the Triads and the crooked NYPD, Luke ventures through the city’s devious underworld in order to protect the innocent girl’s life.
